Split Cake Base Blenders allow you to apply several beautifully-blended colours with one sweep of the sponge. They are applied with the wide edge of a sponge, or the flat surface of a petal sponge.

NB: Neon Pigments

All neon colours are considered to be Special Effects products and do not comply with US FDA cosmetic regulations, although they have been independently tested for skin safety and have been determined safe to be used on the skin by independent laboratories, according to each manufacturer. The products are labelled accordingly for sale in the US.

Neon colours contain pigments that have not yet been tested by the US FDA to be used on cosmetics. They are generally considered safe for skin by other countries.

Neon colours should not be applied near the eyes or on the lips.
